My BFL Favourites #5

I have had a hectic week. I've felt totally unorganized and my millions things on my to-do list seem to be having a hard time getting completed. On top of that I've had a bad hair week. Not even just a bad hair day, and bad hair week. Lucky me! Fortunately, on the mornings that I haven't had time to wash my hair there has been help in the form of Batiste Dry Shampoo. Dry shampoo is my holy grail product for keeping greasy hair at bay, and it also gives my hair a lovely little volume boost when it's looking flat and drab. I have used quite a few of Batiste's dry shampoos in the past, but to date my favourite one is their Floral and Flirty Blush version. The scent isn't too harsh like I've found some of them previously, it is actually really delicate and flowery. A lovely smelling and hair saving product - yay!

This week I dug my mint green bowler bag out from the back of my wardrobe. I bought this last year from Primark at the end of the Summer, it's been kept in wardrobe all Winter and I can't wait for it to reappear with my other Summer clothes. This bag is going to go perfectly with the candy colour trend this season, and the acrylic mint green spikes give it a playful edgy feel.

My favourite lifestyle moment this week was my visit to the Jerwood Art Gallery. I go to university in Hastings and in a lecture this week we focused on PR and art journalism, so we got to visit the Gallery for a talk on PR. I haven't been to an art gallery in years, so even though it was with uni it was a nice opportunity to have a look at some of the art there. The Jerwood has a lot of unique collections, some of which have touching, matchless stories behind them. If you are ever visiting Hastings or live in East Sussex, it is definitely one to visit!
