Sunday Pamper Essentials

beauty, Janina Teeth Whitening Strips, Anew Clinical Resurfacing Peel Pads, Ojon, Restorative hair treatment, Fake Bake Coconut Tanning Serum, Buddy Scrub, Nspa Mud Mask, review, youwishyou,

There's something about Sundays which makes them the perfect day to relax and treat yourself. After a busy (and probably unhealthy!) weekend, I am always in need of a little TLC and I love to take the time to give myself a little looking after.

Certain products and treatments allow you to rejuvenate and target problem areas of your body, and I pick and chose my Sunday pamper products depending on what is specifically in need of some attention at the time. I wanted to talk you through my favourite products for when I'm in the need of a pamper.

A congested complexion is one of my biggest skin issues, which is why the Nspa Mud Mask is one of my most loved masks. I picked this up on a complete whim but adore how deeply it treats my skin. The mask contains a combination of clay and charcoal to draw out impurities and leaves my pores looking smaller and noticeably less clogged.

Fake tanning gives me an instant pick me up... there's something about being bronzed that I just love. I've tried a lot of fake tans in my time and right now the Fake Bake Coconut Tanning Serum is my ride or die. After applying, you let it develop for 4-6 hours (or longer if you want to be extra brown) and then wash it off in the shower. I find even if I think I've applied this messily, it nearly always ends up even. The shade of the tan is perfect and very natural in comparison to a number of other tans, which is essential for me when choosing false tanners.

This is super messy but I love it! This scrub exfoliates your skin with charcoal, sugar and salt whilst also nourishing it with coconut oil and jojoba oil leaving you soft AF. I love to use this over my entire body before tanning to ensure a flawless, smooth base for my tan.

Throw back to a good five/six years ago when my hair was completely frazzled by over dying and bleaching my hair, this was my life saver. Fast forward to present day, and I still turn to this holy grail product when my hair is in need. The hair mask is designed to restore damaged hair and provide nutrients for your scalp, which it really does. I tend to leave this on for a long as possible when I use it (perfect to use while your tan is developing) to get the most out of it as possible. It always leaves my hair feeling stronger, less brittle and after using it for a prolonged period of time I have noticed a considerable difference to the condition of my hair.

These resurfacing peel pads are ideal for when you are in need of a total skin fix. Although the packaging states you can use this every other day, I find using it two or three times a week is enough to get the desired effect. These transform my skin if I've been a bit neglectful over the weekend by brightening and smoothing my skin literally over night. Clogged pores are one of my biggest skin issues and I'm also obsessed with how well these shrink and de-congest my pores.

I'm obsessed with my teeth and keeping them as healthy as possible, which is why I love these Janina teeth whitening strips. They brighten your teeth without the use of the harsh abrasives that some teeth whitening strips contain.
