What To Eat For Weight Loss

Over the past six months I have been determined to turn my lifestyle around. My first goal is to lose fat, so I joined a gym, started tracking my macros, lifting weights - and so far I've lost around 17 lbs, making me only a few pounds out of my goal weight. It feels unreal to type that! I’ve done every fad diet under the sun, but this time I was passionate about making this a permanent and sustainable lifestyle change, rather than a diet. This had made the weight loss a slower process, but I've learnt how to make my day to day eating more balanced and healthier so when I do treat myself, I know I can do it without guilt and – most importantly – without completely falling off the wagon.
