how to get back on track | 8 health, fitness & productivity habits

FACT: We all fall off the wagon. Whether that's with nutrition, fitness, working towards your goals, it happens. Sometimes falls can feel really difficult to get back up from, especially after being out of your normal routine for what feels like a large amount of time. 

If you FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM, you'll know that I went to Orlando in June and just before leaving, I developed a wrist injury which put a stop to my normal training routine. As I'm writing this, I've been to the gym once since getting back from the states. It's been HARD to get back on track but from today I am starting a challenge I have created to get rebalanced mentally and physically.

The #rebalance challenge consists of 8 healthy habits which I hope to solidify over 8 weeks. They range from focusing on nutrition, productivity, fitness, mindset. Watch the below video to see more about the habits within the challenge & don't forget to subscribe!
